Return & Refund Policy

Every portrait is a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted piece of art created just for you. Because each work is custom and personalized, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.

That said, we want you to feel truly happy with your portrait.

Revisions

We offer up to 3 FREE revisions of your artwork (digital previews only)

These revisions are designed to ensure your portrait reflects the likeness and details you envisioned.

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your digital preview.

Physical Prints

If you ordered a physical print, please note: once it is shipped, we cannot re-ship a revised version.

However, if revisions are requested, we will send you the updated digital version by email so you still have the corrected artwork.

Damaged Items

If your physical print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at Info@ElenaMarceau.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or an alternate solution.

Why Refunds Aren’t Possible

Each portrait is completely unique and made specifically for the person (or pet) you provide. Because it cannot be resold or reused, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the artwork process has begun.
